Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from Hafta Bazzar. This page explains our 7-day return window,
what’s eligible, how to start a return, and when refunds are issued in Pakistan.
Return window (summary)

Tip Keep the packaging and tags until you’re sure you’ll keep the item.
Eligibility & condition
- Item is unused, unwashed and in original condition.
- All tags, accessories and the original box/packaging are included.
- Provide your order number, photos and reason for return.
- For sets/bundles, return the full set.
Non-returnable items
- Innerwear, socks, cosmetics/beauty, earrings and hygiene items once opened.
- Customized or “Final Sale/Clearance” items marked non-returnable on the product page.
- Electronics with tampered seals or signs of use; only DOA/defect claims within 48 hours are accepted.
- Items damaged by misuse, washing, installation or alteration.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your parcel arrives damaged, an item is defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within
48 hours of delivery. Share photos of the outer box, inner packaging and item.
- We will arrange a pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping.
- You can choose a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
Open-parcel If the courier allows, you may check the item without removing tags or breaking seals. If not, unbox within 24 hours and inform us with photos if there’s an issue.
Size & fit issues
If the size doesn’t work, request a return or exchange within 7 days. The item must be unused with tags.
Size charts on product pages help you pick the right fit next time.
How to start a return
- Email contact@haftabazzar.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
- Tell us the reason and attach clear photos (item, tags, packaging, and the issue).
- We’ll confirm eligibility and share pickup or drop-off instructions.
- Pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit.
Return shipping & fees
- Our mistake (damaged/defective/wrong item): we cover return shipping or arrange pickup.
- Change of mind/size issue: you pay return shipping. Original shipping fee isn’t refunded.
- Use the label/courier we provide where possible to speed up processing.
Exchanges
- Where stock is available, we can exchange for a different size or color.
- If not available, choose a refund or store credit.
Refund methods & timing
- Store credit: fastest—issued after the return passes inspection.
- Original method / bank transfer: 3–7 business days after inspection. Bank processing times may vary.
- For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
- Original shipping fees are refundable only when the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
- Before dispatch: cancel by contacting us; we’ll refund in full.
- After dispatch: refuse delivery or process a return per this policy (shipping fees may apply for change-of-mind cancellations).
