Return window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice).

Non-returnable items

  • Personal care, cosmetics, undergarments, perishable goods
  • Software, digital products, gift cards
  • Customized or final-sale items

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We will replace or refund after verification.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@haftabazzar.com with your order number, reason, and photos.
  2. We will share a Return Authorization and pickup or drop-off instructions.

Return shipping costs

  • Defective/incorrect items: we cover the return shipping.
  • All other returns: customer pays return shipping.

Refunds

  • Issued after inspection of the returned item.
  • Timeline: 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Method: original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet (details required).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If the item is in stock, we can exchange it. Otherwise a refund will be processed.

Cancellations

You can cancel before dispatch. After dispatch, please follow the return process.
