Shipping Policy

This page explains how Hafta Bazzar ships orders within Pakistan, delivery timelines, charges, and Cash on Delivery details.
We aim to ship fast and keep things simple.
Where we ship
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners (TCS, Leopards, Call Courier, BlueEx or similar).
Some remote locations may have limited service or require extra days.
Delivery times
Timelines start after your order is confirmed and handed to the courier.

Note During Eid, public holidays, heavy sales or weather disruptions, deliveries can take longer.
Shipping fees and free shipping
- Free shipping: orders of PKR 9,999 and above.
- Standard shipping: PKR 249 for orders below PKR 9,999.
- Remote area surcharge: if a courier applies an extra charge for your location, we will inform you before dispatch.
Fees will appear at checkout after you enter your delivery address.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available nationwide on eligible items.
- No extra COD fee. Standard shipping rules apply.
- Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
Open-parcel Availability depends on the courier. If allowed by the rider, you may check the item’s condition without removing tags or breaking seals. Otherwise, unbox within 24 hours and contact us with photos if there’s an issue.
Order processing and cut-off
- Handling time: we aim to dispatch within 1 business day.
- Same-day handover: orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT are usually handed to the courier the same day (Mon–Sat).
- Orders after cut-off, on Sundays or public holidays, are processed the next business day.
Order tracking
- After dispatch, you receive an SMS or email with your tracking ID.
- You can track your parcel on the courier’s website using that ID.
- If you do not receive a tracking ID, contact us and we will share it.
Address changes and delivery attempts
- Before dispatch: email or WhatsApp us to correct your address. We will update it if the order has not shipped.
- After dispatch: the address can only be changed if the courier supports it. This may add 1–2 days.
- Delivery attempts: couriers usually make 2 attempts. If both fail, the parcel returns to us. Re-delivery can be arranged; shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box and items.

Large or fragile items
Some fragile or oversized products may need extra packaging or special handling. We will notify you of any additional charges or time.
International shipping
We currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.
