“Hafta Bazzar”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to our online store operating in Pakistan at
haftabazzar.com. “You” means the customer or site visitor.

Eligibility and account

• You must be able to enter a binding contract under Pakistani law.
• Keep your account details and password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information. Update your address and phone before placing an order.

Orders and acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a dispatch or tracking confirmation.
• We may cancel all or part of an order if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, we suspect fraud, or delivery is not possible to your location. Any payment for the cancelled portion will be refunded.
• We can limit quantities per order or customer where needed to prevent abuse.

Pricing, taxes and availability

• Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We try to keep all information accurate. If we find an error in price or availability we will contact you. You may cancel the order and receive a refund if you prefer.
• Stock is limited. Adding a product to cart does not reserve it.

Payments and COD

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other methods shown at checkout. For online payments, processing is handled by our payment partners. We do not store full card details.
• For COD, please keep the exact cash ready. Refusal without a valid reason may affect your future COD eligibility.
• In rare cases we may request a small advance for high-value or customized orders.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted couriers. Estimated times and fees are in our
Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you when the parcel is delivered at the address you provided.

Open-parcel checks are subject to courier rules. If the rider does not allow opening at the door, please unbox within 24 hours and
contact us with photos if there is damage or a missing item.

Returns and refunds

Our standard window is 7 days from delivery unless stated otherwise on the product page.
The item must be unused with original tags and packaging.

Coupons and promotions

• Only one coupon per order unless the offer states otherwise.
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and may have category or minimum spend limits.
• If you cancel or return items from a discounted order, the refund will reflect the discount used.
• We may end or change a promotion at any time within the law.

Product information and images

• Images are for reference. Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. We try to keep photos true to color.
• Sizes are approximate and follow the guides on each page. If a size does not fit, see our returns policy.

Reviews and user content

• You may post reviews that are honest, respectful and based on your experience.
• We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or violates these terms.
• By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for marketing on our site and social pages, with credit where possible.

Prohibited activities

• Using the site for fraud, hacking, scraping, or any unlawful purpose.
• Reselling products bought from us without permission where resale is restricted.
• Submitting false claims or chargebacks for valid deliveries.

Intellectual property

All content on the site, including images, logos, text and design, is owned by Hafta Bazzar or our licensors and protected by law.
You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

Liability

We provide the site on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for
indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Lahore,
unless the law requires a different forum.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when needed. The new date above will show when changes take effect.
If a change affects an open order, we will apply the terms in place when you ordered.
